    Our iron sealed 7 days money back guaranty covers all our customers. Hence, you may request for replacement, substitution or a refund if not satisfied with item purchased. However, to qualify for a refund, kindly adhere to the following terms:

* We only replace, substitute or issue refund for all returns within 7 days of purchase.    

* All returns must be returned in a salable condition in order to receive a refund.

* Opened consumable products or damaged products cannot be refunded.

* The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

* Items received after the 7 days money back guarantee, are NON-refundable.

* A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns if settled for money refund.

* All returns of physical products must be received by Above Stores at the address below on or before the 7 days, money back guarantee expires.

* All return requests for digital products must be submitted as a ticket to our Support Desk on or before the 7-days, money-back guarantee expires.

* You should expect to receive a replacement or refund within 7 Days of receipt of items by us. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Damaged Shipments:

Although every effort is made to safely secure and ship all packages, sometimes merchandise can be damaged during the shipping process. Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to AboveStores.com Support Desk as soon as possible. Click HERE! to access AS Support Desk.


Merchandise must be returned in salable condition in order to receive credit. A 10% restocking fee will be applied and 20% for unauthorized returns. Product returns cannot be accepted after 7 days of purchase except with prior notice.

Back Orders:

Every item carried is regularly in stock. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product offered, occasionally certain products may run out. In this event, the customer will be given an estimated time of availability and the choice of canceling the out-of-stock items, holding off shipment of the entire order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first, and the out-of-stock items when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

Refunds for Check Purchases:

If the product(s) were originally purchased with a bank draft or check, there will be a minimum of a 30-day waiting period before a refund check will be issued unless customer provides a copy of the bank draft or check from his or her financial institution.

For Affiliate/Associate Partners:

In the case of refunds or returns, any advancements from the member compensation plan, bonuses, or awards received by an Affiliate as a result of these purchases will be reversed and the amount(s) deducted from any refund. We may also charge back to an affiliates' up-line any commissions, rebates, bonuses, or awards received or paid on product(s) refunded or returned by the affiliate.
